Tenhou ("blessing of heaven") and Chiihou ("blessing of earth") are two yakuman that require zero skill at all -- both are purely about the luck of how tiles are dealt at the start of a hand.

Tenhou: Dealer Only

Tenhou happens when the Dealer (East seat) wins immediately with their initial 13-tile hand, before ever discarding anything -- their very first draw is also the winning tile.

Chiihou: For Non-Dealer Players

Chiihou is similar but for non-Dealer players: you win off your own first draw, on the condition that no Pon/Chi/Kan has happened from anyone before your turn arrives.

Since the requirement is purely about the luck of the deal, both yakuman are among the rarest things to ever happen across anyone's mahjong-playing career.

Read about a yakuman that's more realistically chased through strategy.
